Office maintenance:

3) Monthly and annual maintenance of reserve level needed to issuing future invoices in SAP system (posting via Webster platform)

Flight irregularities:

1) Verification and registration in internal database vouchers issued for passengers of cancelled or delayed flights

Master Data:

1) Maintenance (update and adjustment) of tariffs (central master data)

2) Maintenance (update and adjustment) of agents (agent master data)

3) Master Data maintenance in SAP FI: vendors and customers

4) E-mail contact with vendors, customers and field offices regarding master data updating

Sales Accounting:

4) Corrections on passenger credit cards (credit/debit)

5) Update of country specifications

6) Contract registration in VKA (upfront commission for local European markets)

7) Manual registration of unreported airline documents in system via SARA tool

8) OAL (other airlines) data processing (for incoming/outgoing invoices creation)

9) EXC/ REF transactions check against flight irregularities and goodwill policies
