Office maintenance:

2) Control and maintenance of reserve level needed to issuing future invoices in SAP system

3) Updating of internal database of vendors and customers cooperating with Lufthansa and its daughters (travel agencies, aviation companies, suppliers and recipients) and contracts signed with them

Intercompany invoicing:

1) Issuing and sending invoices in SAP system

2) Month and year closing activities

3) Monthly and annual maintenance of reserve level needed to issuing future invoices in SAP system (posting via Webster platform)

Flight irregularities:

1) Verification and registration in internal database vouchers issued for passengers of cancelled or delayed flights

Master Data:

1) Maintenance (update and adjustment) of tariffs (central master data)

2) Maintenance (update and adjustment) of agents (agent master data)

3) Master Data maintenance in SAP FI: vendors and customers

4) E-mail contact with vendors, customers and field offices regarding master data updating

5) Quality checks (KPI, ICS – Internal Control System, spot checks)

6) Creating reports

7) Ad hoc tasks delegated by Team Leader (training of new joiners)

 

Sales Accounting:

1) Master data correction of selling agents (in Fakir and SAP FI)

2) Exchange and refund transactions check for local European markets

3) ADM (agency debit memo)/ ACM (agency credit memo) issuing/cancellation, disputed ADMs processing, ACMs upon request

4) Corrections on passenger credit cards (credit/debit)

5) Update of country specifications

6) Contract registration in VKA (upfront commission for local European markets)

7) Manual registration of unreported airline documents in system via SARA tool

8) OAL (other airlines) data processing (for incoming/outgoing invoices creation)

9) EXC/ REF transactions check against flight irregularities and goodwill policies

10) Taxes/ fare/ commission/ payment/ manual errors check (reported

by agents to airline via BSP)

11) Refunds handling (BSP-link Refund Application check and approval)

12) Data analysis (airline billings)

13) Passenger reservation analysis (PNR)

14) E-mails handling (Outlook, internal mailbox)

15) Answering incoming international calls

16) Meeting and greeting foreign visitors from local field office

Revenue accounting:

1) Charter revenue posting in SAP FI

2) Bus service FRA-SXB-FRA posting in SAP FI (and evaluation of value added tax on cross-border bus services)
